Do you provide a guaranteed response time?
Support arrangements are defined in the contract according to equipment, access and contributors. Service hours and responsibilities must be stated there.
Is a backup enough to restart production?
Versions, options, parameters and restoration conditions also need to be known. A restoration test requires an agreed scope and time window.
