Robotic welding
Repeat weld seams on fixtured parts. Integration combines the robot, torch, power source and positioner with the selected welding process.

The process
Define every step of the operation.
Qualify parts, joints and weld requirements with your process specialist.
Define fixturing, torch access and any external axes.
Program paths, sequences and communication with the power source.
Validate welds, recovery, extraction and cell protection.
Selection to confirm
Families to consider.

6-axis articulated robots
Articulated arms for machine tending, part orientation and process paths. The models shown cover small and medium payloads.
18 documented models
Welding robots
Hollow-wrist arms for routing welding dress packs. The two selected models carry 8 kg, with reaches of 1,445 and 2,015 mm.
2 documented modelsValidation depends on the parts, tooling, cycle trials and cell risk assessment.
Project questions
Before choosing a robot.
Does the robot guarantee weld quality?
The robot repeats a path. Quality also depends on preparation, fixturing, the process and its parameters. Acceptance criteria and inspections are defined before trials.
Can one cell weld several part references?
Yes, if fixtures, paths and batch changes are planned. We check access to every seam and changeover time before choosing this arrangement.
