Robot programming and cycle measurement
Program motions and sequences, then measure the complete cycle, including waiting and recovery.

Your starting point
Robot programming and cycle measurement
For a new or existing cell that needs new part programs, clearer sequences or reductions in measured waiting time.
Scope to agree
Define frames, tools, positions and relevant part formats.
Program paths and communication between robot, PLC and peripherals.
Measure cycle phases and distinguish motion, processing and waiting.
Test selected changes and recovery after faults.
Prepare the work
Information to share with us.
- Programs, controller versions and software options.
- Representative parts, required throughput and production conditions.
- Target faults, observed waits and recovery rules.
Acceptance and limitations
The protocol compares the same parts and conditions before and after changes. Results state observed cycle count, included waits and untested cases. No improvement is claimed before measurement.
The quotation distinguishes equipment supply, integration, trials and services after commissioning. Open points remain identified.
Applications
Connect the service to your process.

Palletising and depalletising
Stack cases, bags or totes at the end of the line. The project connects the gripper, conveyors and pallet patterns to your production requirements.
Information and trials
Machine tending
Load and unload a machining centre, lathe or another production machine. The cell coordinates part gripping, doors, clamping and machine states.
Information and trials
Material handling and part transfer
Move, orient and place parts between workstations. Arm selection starts with actual gripping requirements and interfaces to conveyors, presses or inspection stations.
Information and trials
Assembly and screwdriving
Present, insert or fasten components in a controlled sequence. The cell connects handling to inspection equipment and rejected-part management.
Information and trials
Deburring, sanding and polishing
Repeat a tool path over a part or present a part to a fixed tool. Process development covers contact force, consumable wear and the required surface finish.
Information and trialsTechnical selection
Families to consider.
Project questions
Before choosing a robot.
Can a throughput gain be quoted before measurement?
Simulation can propose a target. Actual improvement requires measurement on the defined cycle and parts, with the same machine and process waits.
Are programs prepared offline?
That is possible depending on the robot, controller and available tools. Frames, paths and interfaces are then checked on the actual installation.
